Good times

I think I probably have the most awkward life of all the people I know. And I can't pull it off very well. You know when people are awkward, but they are still silly, so its funny? Not me. I'm awkward and just ... awkward. Awkward is an awkward word. Hah.

So, I finished Sister's Grimm. May I say incredible? I love those books. What an awesome, yet cliff-hanger-ish ending. It ended with the classic, To be continued....

Well, today, I realized I wasn't the only one who failed the pop grammer quiz in my class. (and I didn't fail, it was a %67, which is technically a passing grade.)

I'm supposed to be working on this huge research project, and I haven't started. *sigh*. I really need to get cracking on that. It's hard to believe Omnibus is my second best class (grade-wise. I enjoy it the most though.) because I'm kind of behind. Omnibus is the class I excell in though, so I hope to actually do well.

So, I've observed and concluded that MLIG is much more depressing than "great". The majority of the stories are, "This guy who I like told me I was beautiful. I'm not going to cut myself today." So, some random sinner just like yourself told you that you had good looks in his opinion, so now you aren't going to injure the temple the Lord has given you. Rightttt. I do admit, there are some stories on there worth reading. "Today, I accepted Christ as my savior" has been one of my favorites so far. Because having Christ in your heart is the greatest thing about life.

So, yesterday was the last day of school .... before Thanksgiving Break. Our Thanksgiving lasts the whole week rather than just one day :D It's awesomeee. Anyway, yesterday was really quite an excellent day. We had a test in Omnibus, which I think I did very well on. We had Greek in Greek, and I also did well on that. Then my class had Chick-Fil-A for lunch (best part!). Then, science was pretty normal, but I got to sit with my friends :). In Logic, we watched The Office, which was completely hilarious. Then Geometry was pretty normal, but we all had a few good laughs. (Shut up, Steve!) And then there was choir, which is always a blast, especially when learning a really difficult yet awesome song (like a medley from Les Miserables, perhaps?) Then, I heard from Maggie Dransfield's own lips the truth of the Wizard of Oz cast list!!! I don't think I'm actually supposed to tell, but it's all over facebook, and MAGGIE GOT DOROTHY, and I think the show is going to be fantastical!!!*cough* So then, I got some encouraging words from some friends about our own upcoming show, The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe (from now on referred to as LWW) and we also got the cuttings, so we can practice for auditions (AH!). So that was my day yesterday. Oh, and then my family had a yummy dinner, sang some, and watched half of Amadeus. Gooooood times.

Life is kind of really exciting and lovely right now. :D You give and take away.... my heart will choose to say, blessed be the name of the Lord!!!
