Creation

Today is the most beautiful day I have ever had the pleasure of living. The sky is bluer than blue; the few clouds that are out are the fluffiest in the world; the temperature is warm, not sweltering; the wind continues to blow, softly nudging my hair out of my face. The air is sweet, so sweet, it is almost intoxicating. Every breath I take fills me up, and reminds me of God's glory. It reminds me how happy I am to be alive. I smile at the sun, and it smiles back. All I see is blue and green (my favorite colors) splashed brightly across everything in my line of vision. The wind is soft, my mind is clear, and all I can think about is how blessed I am to be best friends with the One who made it all.

I wrote that, just a little while ago, while strolling around outside. It's probably the most honest thing I've ever written, even if it is short and simple. It's a good thinking tool. Well. I just wanted to share that :).
